Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) JazzHR
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
- Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) JazzHR and recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proven experience as a recruiter, HR coordinator, or in a similar talent acquisition role a plus but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
